Due to the ever changing pandemic situation we are trying to update our clients on our preparations and what we’re trying to do to keep your pets healthy. The clinic will be implementing new changes to reduce contact with clients and thus viral exposure/spread
We will be reducing our hours from 8am till 7pm. Please speak with staff if you would like a specific vet seeing your pet
We are changing our visits to contactless consultations and check ups. This means that a client calls to let us know they’re waiting in the car park then a nurse will collect your pet and pass that onto the vet. The vet will then phone you and you will have a telemedicine conversation as they complete a normal comprehensive physical examination.
We will have double the staff on weekends to spread our surgeries out to reduce the amount of clients in each day
We are dropping off medication and food to clients waiting in the car parks and their home letterboxes or front doors
If your pet is on long term medications, ask for a longer course of up to six months to prevent the need from coming into the clinic and leaving your house
If your pet is due for flea treatment or worm, call reception and they will prepare it, take payment over the phone and have it ready to give to you at the front of the clinic to limit interactions
We hope our lovely clients are understanding of these changes to protect all involved. These changes will ensure we can remain open to care for our furry friends.
Stay safe and please call to discuss should you have any questions on 95216422.
