Her passion for animals shines through in every interaction—whether she’s scheduling appointments, answering questions, or offering gentle reassurance, Kim goes above and beyond to make sure pets feel loved and owners feel supported.

Before joining the veterinary world, Kim began her career as a travel agent, combining her love of adventure and connection with people. She still holds a deep passion for travel, with Bali being her favourite destination—she tries to return every year!

Kim is also an incredibly talented cake maker and decorator, known for her artistic flair and eye for detail. When she’s not at the clinic, she’s either creating show-stopping cakes, spending time with her two crazy puppies, or planning her upcoming wedding with excitement.
