Jaclyn is truly part of the Kirrawee Vet Hospital family in every sense of the word. As a third-generation client—her grandparents, parents, and now her—Jaclyn’s connection to KVH runs deep. We’ve had the joy of watching her grow from a familiar face at the front desk into an integral member of our veterinary nursing team. Now, six years into her career with us, we couldn’t imagine the clinic without her.

With her calm, easygoing nature and a laugh that’s never too far away, Jaclyn brings a peaceful, grounding presence to even our busiest days. She’s the kind of teammate who quietly lifts everyone around her—always ready with a kind word, a helping hand, or a stellar book recommendation (we like to think of her as our unofficial book club leader!).

Jaclyn is incredibly hardworking and dedicated, with a particular passion for both surgery and patient care. Her gentle approach, genuine empathy, and unwavering commitment to the comfort and well-being of every animal she cares for are nothing short of inspiring.
